Well the catalysts for Rinnegan is Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Hashirama's cells/Wood Style. They already have Hashirama's cells readily available in Konoha. Sasuke literally needs the new synthetic arm made from those cells and voila Rinnegan.

Issa joke. People are saying that the (Boruto) show is sheite because they keep holdin on to Narutos generation standard. As for Mitsuki the character, he's great so far. Even more then Boruto, hence I call this show Mitsuki the next generation. OP said something about the name of the show being the same as the winner of mitsuki vs. Boruto battle but I don't think Boruto is at chuunin thinking level yet. He is constantly endangering himself and others because he can't sit still and analyse the situation in its whole. He still only sees whats in front of him. Hence I find that the if the winner of this battle is the one that becomes chuunin, the show should be Mitsuki.
